currently got 69,100 miles on my 06 GT, got new tires at 69,000, I've been told since last year I need new brakes, but I was like "eh it seems to stop just fine" but now that i got these nice new tires I can see how poor the brakes are. I got new pads and rotors coming on wednesday but I probably wont be able to get them installed for 1-2 weeks, how bad will my tires get worn from these bad brakes? This is my only car and my DD. I've driven about 100 miles on these new tires and I'll probably have to drive another 100 miles until I get the new brakes.

Unless you're locking up the rear tires braking, brakes don't wear tires.

Bad suspension components wear tires faster than normal road contact.
