Has anyone upgraded their brakes?

RE: Has anyone upgraded their brakes?
Talking of brakes, does anyone have brakes that whine like crazy no matter how you try to stop. I don't feel like there is anything wrong with my stopping power, they just whine. Any suggestions?

http://www.saleen.com/SC101_Services...9-2602-C11745* is for one wheel or two? Are there any cheaper places for the takeoff brakes?

RE: Has anyone upgraded their brakes?
The Saleen price is for both front calipers, as well as the rotors (the rear brakes are the same between the GT and V6)
I just installed the GT brake parts on mine (from Saleen) it's a pretty easy install, and makes a difference. You're not going to find another brake upgrade for less than $100 (short of better pads)
One thing to be wary of, if you order from Saleen, make a fuss with the person taking the order about seeing they're properly packed. They sent mine TWICE with all the rotors and calipers just tossed loose in a box. You can imagine what was left of the calipers after being slammed around with the heavy rotors all the way across the US...)
It's also a good time to consider aftermarket pads as long as the calipers are off (I went with Morse ceramics)
