Default Difference between 3.73 and 4.10 gears?

Hey guys, just wanted to clear up some confusion of mine, what exactly will the difference between these gears be in a 2003 V6 3.8L Stang? - 3.73 and 4.10 - Specifically, what is the difference in acceleration and mpg? Consider that this would be the first add-on on a bone-stock drivetrain. Also, how much quicker would a 5.13 accelerate?
