Default Passenger power window issue

So my passenger window won't go down or up by pressing the switch on the driver side but it will with the switch on the passenger side. I thought ok, I'll just replace the switch that's not working. Nope, still don't work. Tested the voltage at that switch and it was 12.5v up and down. So I'm wondering if where the connection is made from the driver's side switch to the passenger's side. Any thoughts, or anybody deal with this before?

more than likely its a broke wire in the wireing that goes threw the passenger side in the plastic boot at door hinge, i would check at both doors
