Where can I buy a used engine online?
A couple of months ago I blew my engine, damn spark plug made a nice hole in cylinder 7. I’m now in the lookout for a 05-09 3v SOHC 4.6L but preferably 08+ so I don’t have to deal with spark plug issues. Anyone know a good trustworthy website I can buy this from?

This but just be very careful about delivery options/requirements.
Some won't deliver to a residential address, some will only deliver if you have forklift or cherry picker, some don't care but will charge a hefty surcharge if you you don't have a loading/unloading dock.
