Oddey your so intuitive! Yes I have been thinking about and have been approached about making a deal. Yes I could live comfortably to my standard of living should I choose to proceed.

The issue is more about what I would do. I enjoy the whole startup process of a company. Whats more I am fairly good at it. I'm not sure I would want to go into the new corporation as a VP or just quit working. I may want to start something else (wonder if Richard wants a partner J/K).

The other issue is what about all the employees and their families? I have a responsibility to those people also.

Anyways Iwas justkickiong around the idea and thoughtI would throw it out there for some input from others.

Thanks for your insight!

I have been through that process many of times, especially being in IT. Once thing to consider is that you can bargain certain aspect of the buyout. Such as a guarentee your employees will stay employeed with the corporation for a certain time frame, this way they dont come in and clean everyone out, etc.

We will have to talk about it over some beers next weekend or so.
