I Just put a h-pipe on my mustang and was wondering if there was anyone out there that could get me a state inspection sticker or know of places that will give me one without having any cats on it. I'm located in Yorktown, VA. Thanks for the help

There was just a large ring busted on fake and ill-gotten inspection stickers a few months back down in that area, it was all over the news. Good luck on that one. Best bet is to put the catted unit back on and get it inspected, and switch it back out.
