Seems like the officials think the new car owners were Rowdy, or at least that is what I got from the newspaper article. This is just wrong! It's the gutter punks and goth idiots that are rowdy. I would like to seeALL CAR OWNERS (new and old)that do not agree with this new rule - BOYCOTT the block party. Let's seehow much money is not spent with themerchants and restaurants.
