Just got a phone call from my buddy with his dragster and were going racing! I want to bring my GT but I only have a 1/4 tank and I dont have any money. If anyone wants to go heres the website silverdollarraceway.com and they have prices. I think its $20 and it includes 2 or 3 time runs, and than a your in I think the sportsman bracket. I know its short notice and I my end up bringing my v6 but if anyone wants to bring thier stang I'll be working on a blue dragster running about 5.20's in the 1/8. Its two tone blue and silver and it matches the color of his Chevy truck. I'll be wearing my Ford racing hat also. Well if anyone goes thats cool but if not I'll get some pictures and try to post. I didnt brin my camera last time and some kid wrecked his daddys Z06 pretty nicely.

 

I thought you were going to notify us when you were coming down. We could have been there.

 

Thats what the whole post was about. I left like 5 minutes after I posted so sorry I didnt pm you. I will next time for sure. I didnt bring my mustangs anyway, I just helped my friend with his dragster, and another guy with his Camaro(It ran a 7.64@ some ungodly # in the 1/8) Its a really cool 1970 Camaro and its street legal and he drives it to go get grocerys and to the auto store. Its a really neat setup because he's handicap (in a wheelchair) and has to drive with his hands.

 

Just disappointed. A few hours time isn't enough for me. A day's notice would be better. Next time then!

I guess I should look down at this end of the forum more often to keep up to date. I'm at fault too because I practically live on this forum.
