Well, here's the story. I am going to be getting a reenlistment bonus and will have roughly $20,000 to spend on upgrading one of my two 'stangs into a cobra. I have a 2002 3.8L v6 and a 1995 5.0L GT. I can't decide on which I want to do. But here's some info for the cars to help a decision..
the 2002 -
v6, automatic; no accident, no frame damage, 16in wheels, decent brakes, crappy creame colored interior, with mineral grey exterior. Coupe
the 1995
v8, 5-spd, minor accident, frame bent 3/8", 15in wheels, rear brakes are good, front brake rotors are warped, black/white two-toned interior, leather seats (cracked), sticky shifter, pearlescent/color shift "blue to purple" exterior, convertable.

save the money until you get out. wait six months then sit down and think what you really want to do with the money such as down payment on house or build a car.

 

im not getting out for 5 more years.. at earliest.. I am actually trying to wait till I'm 38 :-p

 

Then what are you wanting to acomplish here. What kind of car are you tring to build what do you want it to do in the end.
