any one have any good sugetsions for a cam for an sd car? my set up is gt40p inatke ,65mm bbk tb and egr,gt40p heads , and have a 150 wet shot to go on to .the car is 3.73 geared and has like every bolt on known to man , i have found one cam through comp cams but i was wondering if any of you guys know of any others.

i know anderson will custom grind one according to current mods to keep the sd in check call em it wont be cheap though good luck SD ers

Stangbanger87, how does your car run with those mods?I mean iddle wise with speed density? Why dont you keep your stock cam and put 1.7rollers on. From my understanding the stock cam makes pretty good power, considering the combo you have, but hey that's only my opinion

 

right now that stuff is not on the car as i am trying to decide what cam i want , but it is very close to dimebags set up and his runs pretty good from what he says , the reason i want a different cam is that i want the bigger lift , i want these ricers to think i got a big ole pile of crap when they pull up next to me until i blow ther f'n doors off.once i get it all installed i will let you know how the set up works far as streetablity,but far as mods it is pretty conservitive.
