Default will this SD setup work?

96 explorer Gt-40 Heads and intake. 24lb injectors, 75MM T/B, intake spacer, U/D plulleys, electric fan, by pass smog and ac, 100shot of nitrous, CAI, 255Intake fuel pump, and a nitrous SD cam with control arms and a fresh T-5 tranny.. if this will all work togather what do you guys think number wise, Track times and hp?

ok sweet. and as far as suspension for a 300hp car at the track.. What would i have to do to hook up? We dont need adjustable control arms and frame ties do we?... Right now the car wheel hops really bad.. It has the vertical shock on it to.. What can i do to fix wheel hop?

frame tie it , boxed upper and lower (you could weld in some flat steal on the stock ones to box em in, or buy aftermarket)run four cylinder springs in the front and flick the front sway bar (will make the car shift the weight more to the back)renforce the rear torque box (complete the welds on the factory set up )get a set of drag radial's or 10.5 slicks will help in the hook .
this should get ya pretty stable .
how were you guys going to do burn outs and launch off the light ?
can i sugest foot brake the burnout and run four wheel line lock for the launch.a racer i know does this and it works very well for his 10.5 car ,the four wheel line lock alows the car to get all the twist and bends out so it will launch like a rocket when the light drops .
they call it chasis preload .

Default RE: will this SD setup work?

please explain this line lock consept to me... i dont see how itll work with a 5 speed car

anyway

you have a good plan, go with comps nitrous SD cam, keep the 19s(we could make 21s work, but lets not get into that), that intake yes. the 100 shot, go wet and yes, id be weary of the tb upgrade, cai is fine, udp is fine, that will work together great

depending on gears( 3.73s) expect high 11/low 12 on the spray if u can drive the **** out of it
