Default SD to MAF Conversion

Hello, I am new to this site and would appreciate if anybody could help me gain some insight on this...How easy would it be to convert my stock 88 GT SD to MAF? (what would the process of switching include) roughly how much would it cost?? I am considering switching so that I'm not as limited (when it comes to upgrades) for my stang.

How far do you plan on going with your mods? You can get away with quite a bit on speed density. MAF conversion is easy and not too expensive. There is a tech article on this site that shows you how to do it.

Also pm addermk2, he's the man when it comes to SD tuning.

you can go up to 350 hp with the stock sd , the only tricky stuff to it is the cam has to be @114 degrees seperate and the injectors have to stay at 19#, that is the trick , there are aftermarket cams for sd and nitrous is a friend to sd ,plus with companies like megasquirt and xfi you can build even more power and upgrade the injectors and such . addrmks is a good sd guy as he converted his cobra to sd with the megasquirt brain.
