Default Crane 444221 cam

anyone have it? pros? cons? i have my motor out for a clutch so i figure ill wait an extra week or so and save for a cam too

I'm running the 444225, which is basically the 1.7 rocker version of that cam. It's a decent cam, idles ok with about 13" and makes good power. I'm running it with a carb though, so I couldn't tell you how it does on SD.

unless you have heads and intake its pointless to cam a stock engine does no good when the stock heads wont flow any better

2200-2400 and below kinda sluggish but from there to about 6k WERD. Had a decent Idle also but I prefer a tad bit more duration.
