Default Tuning my supercharged Jeep

I just finished putting my 5.0 in my 93 Jeep Wrangler. I bought the fuel management system from Painless . Then I got a Paxton Novi 1000 and installed it. I found out later that I should of used a MAF sensorThe harness I have uses MAP sensor. I have talked to a tuner who says the map will work with lots of tuning. The engine runs but is on the rough side at idle. I ordered a map sensor made for a supercharger 1-14.7 lbs of boost. Yesterday I installed it and started the engine. The engine sounded totally different than before. The idle sounded good but when I put it in gear and step in the throttle she was starving for fuel. I adjusted the fuel pressure to 45 lbs but not much of a change. Do I need a FMU other than the pressure regulator and what other changes have to be made. Help Needed Please!
