I have a new Holly 670 street avenger and have done all the adjustment to get this thing going right. My current problem is i believe with the throttle sticking. At idle the car runs great but as i'm going down the road the throttle will stay around 1800rpms untill i crack the gas pedal. I have no vacum leaks and all is tighten correctly. The choke is wide open when warmed up. I begining to think i have a defective carb. Any ideas.

 

i had a problem before with my holley where the choke mechz. would hang the throttle up and not let it go back to idle, like it would act as if the choke was still on.
