Exclamation 88gt bogs down

so i just rebuilt the bottom end and solved my huge lack of oil pressure issue. i left work today and the car runs fine at idle and will rev up great in neutral. as soon as i put a load on the engine above about 1500 rpm, the car will bog down. it doesn't act like it wants to die, more like its being flooded. my timing is set at 12*, my iac is working properly, map sensor checked out fine, i have the idle set screw where it needs to be...

do the grounding strap and wiring harness ground have to be grounded to the back of one of the heads like stock? currently they're grounded to the top 2 bell housing bolts?? is this okay or is this causing a bad ground for some reason??!!

It could be the TPS sensor is bad or not properly adjusted.

I just changed the came in my ,speed density GT.On my first test trip out the car fell right on its face.I've messed with timing for years on the car but found out if you don't disconnect the spout your waistng your time as it really isn't changing the timimg at all. After adjusting the timing with the new cam it made a world of difference .Never pulled this hard in second before.Make sure you disconnect the spout before setting the timing
