Default Motor Help PLEASE!

i asked before if i could basically swap everything from the engine in my mustang on to the block and heads of an 88 bronco engine reason being is that my mustang engine is getting tired and i plan on building it up i just want a motor in the car so i can drive it would this be ok? i need answers please!

u need to be careful bcz some ppl says if it fits it ill work but not necessarily , thats how i ended having to downgrade from 8 to 6

well im pretty much just using the block with internals still in it and the heads on it, im using my oil pan and pretty much everything from my 302 h.o even alot of the bolts, but thanks for the info

yea sorry that i cant help u that much but if u dont mix stuff like pistons, injectors,camshaft and vital stuff ill work

i got a horrible mix and match done by the wrong mechanic and some how i had my pistons flying out of my block but i also was pushing my car to the limit if u just want it to move around and u dont mess wt the essentials of the engeine u should be good

The firing order is different, which could be dealt with, you would need to cut and splice the injector wires, Or get a non HO ecu.

yeah im just using the block and heads, basicallyy pulling the motor out of the truck, and out of the car, then swaping everything from my cars engine onto the trucks engine,like intake and all the hardware,oil system,oil pan,valve covers,cam.. i pretty positive it will work because the truck has the same heads and the car, but i know the h.o has forged pistons....
