I've always thought these Mustangs were called Feature Cars. My mom had a white one, it was white paint,interior, and wheels

Triple White/Black refers to the top/interior/exterior and has nothing to do with the wheels. I don't think ford specificaly put certain color wheels on these cars. I love my triple black '83.
