07 V6 Grill

I'm contemplating replacing my stock grill, including the pony, with a single sheet of the same honeycomb material or something like it. I figure if I pull the existing grill, and use it as a pattern I can create a cleaner look. I'm not looking to just bolt on something over my existing grill. Any thoughts on where I could find the black honeycomb material?

Sorry, but I have no idea where you could get just the material. You can buy aftermarket grilles for less than $200 though. So, I am not sure it would be worth the hassle of finding the material, buying it, then fabricating it to make sure you can get a clean fit.
