Default truth about springs

I have been considering lowering springs for my 05' V6 mustang, I have seen many opinions on which were best and other thoughts, can the springs be changed and nothing else or do the shocks need replacing as well, camber plates changed or modified, whats the bottom line on just lowering car? are there different kits for dif. adjustments? is the lifespan of stok parts shortened if not replaced?

Default RE: truth about springs

"need" is a subjective word. Your car will still drive, and function somewhat normal.

Although the ride quality, and your stock shocks will diminish quickly... Your stock shocks are not valved to handle an aftermarket spring rating.

You can easily put in springs without doing anything else... most people will be happy for a good amount of time until their stock shocks wear out... although it is still optimal to use aftermarket shocks...
