Suspension ??'s>>
Hi: I have a '06 saleen s281-sc and although it has a very good suspension I 'm planning on upgrading it to a better handling more, I like to road race but also like drag racing and have problems hooking up. I was thinking about adj. panhard bar, adj. lca's and upper control arm(which ones will work better with the actual suspension setup?) and sub frame connectors. Also I checked the pinion angle annd it was 0, how much angle should the car have to hook properly? thanks.
That sounds like a good setup. There are only so many solutions being produced right now from most companies...
The most popular panhard bar we sell is the Steeda unit...

The Steeda panhard bar is adjustable, but still gives some compliance with the urethane bushings... unlike some adjutable arms which have stiff spherical rod ends...
As far as lower control arms... we sell alot of the Urethane solid arm setups...

I think the Urethane solid arms are the most popular due to noise reduction, and construction.
On the upper arms, I would get some adjustables so you can adjust pinion angle after lowering. Pinion angle is NOT a set in stone adjustment. It totally depends on the amount of drop, power, use of the car, etc. In General... a slightly negative pinion angle is optimal...... more negative if you're running slicks, or have a huge amount of power... Less negative if your suspension components are stiffer, or your power is less....
Upper control arms are adjustable for a reason... to "adjust" pinion angle, not to "set" it... if there was a perfect pinion angle, there wouldnt be a need for adjustable arms....
