Default will these work?

i got my hands on eibach pro kit springs. but they are not for a v6 coupe. i have been told that they can still be used, but wont lower the car the full 1.5". is this true? if so, my friend has a set of sportlines, but also not for a v6 coupe, lol. could i get those and make the 1.5" drop?

Default RE: will these work?

The springs will should work fine... there are very little differences in spring rates between all Mustangs 79-04...

The drop difference will be minimal between the GT & V6...

Sincerely,

I would stick with the Pro-Kits, if you already have them... no sense in purchasing a new spring kit...

Eibach Sportlines are used all the time on the V6.... although they'll lower over 1.5 inches...

Sincerely,
