I have an 89 coupe nearing completion. I have the H&R super sport springs and I am looking for the best shock/strut combo for the car. I want the car to handle as well as it can while retaining some ride quality. Help. Please. Looking forward to a response.

 

I would highly recommend the Bilstein Heavy Duty struts & shocks for your Mustang. If you want a high performance ride, but with the best ride quality, I would stick with Bilstein.

H&R Super Sports are not the stiffest spring rating, but they are on the higher side. Bilsteins would dampen them the best, while keeping that nice ride.
