I got to race an camaro LT1 tonight on my way home from work. Looked and sounded pretty stock minus the body kit. A guy about my age was driving. I rolled up the the light, he throw a rev. I look over and give a shrug and and nod. The light goes green. I launch horribly but he doesn't seem to do much better. Got up to about 70 and he was just hanging on to my rear quarter. It was a good race until he cut me off rioght after and gave me the finger! Loser! It was fun and would like to do it again minus the idiot driving.

 

I dont think I have ever flipped a bird after gettin beat, of course I only do that to my friends!!

 

Not to hate on 95LT1, but ive never had trouble with them in any sort of race...... good kill, **** that dude though

 

No offense taken. I feel the same as you but about Mustangs. Still yet to lose to any mildly mod'ed stang. How did he cut you off if you were in front? You probably raced a Rally Sport Camaro. Those look good from the factory. Nice kill though.

 

LOL, no way a 4thgen RS would run with a stock GT, nonetheless a lightly modified GT.

 

I thought you said you had over 600 horses.....in which case you should have dusted 'em.

Yes it was a Z28, it had the mail slot exhaust, 5 spoked blade rims, and sounded like an LT1, My honda out ran many a v6 camaro and mustang so I know it wasn't an RS plus the body kit wasn't something i have seen before.

You must have confused with someone else jeep. My car maybe makes 245 to the wheels. I only wish it had 600.

 

Got damnit....****in.....****.....yeah.......confuzled . lol.

 

If you have a GT with just exhaust, youre actually probably puttin about 220-225 to the wheels
