ty. Mods arent stopping. Might try my luck at some bracket races next weekend the dragstrip is having them. Yup next goal is 12's or at least try to see how close I can get out a power adder. and then add it.

Silver is absolutely right about the lightweight flywheel. I'm sure the difference from a roll and in the topend is great, but it really kills your ability to launch hard.

You should have a couple more MPH left in the car, you should be able to trap ATLEAST 101mph with those mods. Sounds like you are losing some MPH during your shifts maybe?

Without powershifting it was nearly impossible for me to break 99mph in my 02 GT with a couple mods, once I powershifted I was able to pick up a consistant 2-3mph on my trap speed.

I did try Power shifting 3rd and 4th didnt change the mph. Still constantly 99. Maybe even though im powershifting im slow shifting?

I will add powershifting 2nd in the equation in two weeks. Im already chirping 2nd and 3rd though.... Maybe I can get my camera rigged up some how inside to have the tach and the gearshift in view. probly easier to get someone to ride with me to watch. the tach and switching gears

I have also thought that possibly not having full exhaust is that limit. never messured the catback the car came with, so even though the catback isnt stock. it might be stock size
