Elevation

how high dose the elevation of the tarck have to be before you see a real change in time? IN Jacksonville the track was like 20 feet above sea level and in Kentucky the track is about 800 -1000 feet above sea level.

Can't really equate 1/4 times to elevation, but if it helps you lose 3% HP for every 1000'...
Elevation differences start to get noticable at about 1000' (sea level baseline) Above 3000', it is very noticable, and when you get above 6000', your car starts to feel lethargic.
DjDalfaro, ever brought your ride down to the bay area? The your 5th gear will feel a lot like your 4rth gear feels now.
