It probably weighs around 3500 lbs.
Without more info, it's impossible to determine how fast it is. You can drop a full second without adding horsepower. A bone stock 6-speed is capable of 12.9-13.2, an auto 13.2-13.5. If he can't run 11's with 427 rwhp, something is wrong.
kind of like running 12.20s with 642rwhp? are you from texas?
Your horrible...

I have dynoed 375 rwhp (393 uncorrected) and run 11.8 in a full weight 01 SS
ORIGINAL: 98LS1

Contrary to what YellowCobra told ya, I went basically high 11's with only 367rwhp in my full weight LS1....it was only making 367rwhp, so I guess you can kinda judge by that, and by JD's car.
But both of y'all are currently autos with nice suspension set-ups, right?

A WS6 is the heaviest of the Fbodies and probably weighs around 3500. Find out what kind of suspension, rearend, gears, and tires he's running. If he's running it through the stock set-up, then all he's going to do is spin, so he'll need some suspension mods to back that power up.

My car was auto...at the time with a 3600 stall. I had absolutely ZERO suspension modifications, not even sub frame connectors, and was on Nitto 555r's. Still pulled 1.6x short times. Oh yea, 3.73 gears. Hell, even til this day, my only suspension modification is sub frames....

I only have lower control arms. When it was a 6 speed I went 12.1's with the 4000 stall I went 11.8's, but remember I have a cam/full exhaust/ and other bolt ons.
