Default First time at track

I got in four runs last night in my stock o4 GT vert (manual).

1 - 15.55
2 - 15.45
3 - 15.32
4 - 15.40

aren't these a ways above what stock should do?

would letting out some air in the rears help much?

Those are a little high, just go more times and practice. I would also suggest letting out the air a little bit

those are ALOT high,
but it was your first time, in a manual to the track

which leaves LOTS of room for improvement im sure

my first guess would be that youve got some 2.4-2.6 60' times on top of not shifting very well

you'll do better as you become more comfortable

(quickest improvement would be DR's if you wanted to know)

Post your 60 fts and the rest of the slip. We will be able to help you more when we see that. Those times are way to high. You should at least be mid 14s.

What are the 1/4 mile trap speeds?
Your 60 ft times are horrible; get them down to at least 2.1, if not 2.0. Get drag radials if necessary.

Looks to me like your trying to launch it too hard (hence the poor 60 foots).

letting air out on street tires doesnt do anything really. I ran on full psi today which is 10 more than last time i went and i was runnin better 60's. u just need more practice. keep at it.

it's not just his 60',, his shifting technique must be, foot off gas, clutch in, bang gear, clutch out, gas down

not picking on you man, but judging from your TERRIBLE 60' times (i was there once, dont worry) and your low 90 traps, youre shifting pretty slowly

give it a couple more go's, and like i said in my first post, your quickest fix is gonna be some DR's
