02-04 M3 E46 they dyno about 265-270 rwhp and 225-230 rwtq. They run mid 13's stock 13.4-13.6, so unless your car can compare to that, he might get you. Plus run him from a dig, they have awesome top ends, so a roll you would definately get smoked.

The M3 should win hands down, but dont feel bad it is also like double your cars price when it was brand new. Just tell him you are sick. lol

lol thats funny.. my uncle has a BMW M3 and im just about to pick it up to take it to prom.. let me tell you.. its a FAST CAR!! it has 3 transmission.. it has manual.. automatic.. and padle shifters.. its kinda weird to discribe.. it has no clucth so its a automatic manual lol.. if ur using the stick all u do is tap the stick up to to change gear and tap the stick down to downshift.. (could be the other way around) so u change gears like u would with any other stick.. let off the gas clutch in and shift then gas then clucth out.. expect there is no cluctch at all so u jjust let off the gas.. and tap it up or down and bam.. thats it.. same thing goes for the padle shirters.. and if ur using the automatic well it shifts for you.. ..just be ready for a very very very fast car.. i absouluty love the M3.. i would be affiad to race it in my Mach 1..

uhh the m3's have amazing suspension from the factory. they take off the line like a king. i wouldnt race him.
my buddy has a 97 m3 and lost to another kid at my school who has a 95 gt. however the stang was running full boltons, LT's, new racing cam, heads, and 125 shot.

no mines a manual..my uncle has i think a 03 or 04 M3.. i know i would prolly take him but what im affiad of are those paddle shifters.. it takes us or a good drive ..what? 1 or 2 secons to shift.. but with the paddle its a mere flick of a finger..so once u think about shifting hes already shifted and is thinking about the next shift..lol.. trust me i dont know if u ever driven one but you wouldnt believe how great those cars are.. not only are they fast but they handle like a dream.. u never feel like ur "heavy" or one side leans more than the other.. when u turn.. its awesome.. just awesome.. if u ever get the chance to drive one dont pass it up
