Only if the LS1 driver was able to drive, didnt miss 3 gears, or was actually racing.. lol

Your car stock is a 15.0-15.1 or so, with those mods you have listed - a high 14... LS1 = low 13's in most cases... what do you think? lol

Go to a dyno... then go to the track, lol

track can be decieving if you're like me and have inexperiance. lol

GM isn't my God, I just prefer fact to fiction.

I am not saying a 5.0 could beat a LS1 I am just saying a 5.0 with CAI and an exhaust isn't. If it has enough in it to beat or keep up with a LS1 you should be able to hear it.

The chase car is as fast, if not faster then the GT.
Matt has a habit of not trying to keep up for some reason.
I belive Futbol, Church and myself are going to make a nice movie of races, Let you guys know more once i do.

You should work on that....wide open throttle isn't always the solution.

i just saw this post so i hate to drege an old one back up, but in reply to mr.rodgers.

The Aurora engine is in fact a northstar with a smaller bore. Other then the bore, the engines are exactly the same. Yes the Caddy Northstar ranges from 275hp to 350hp depending on which model is to be had.
