I have pretty close to your numbers 243 hp/ 280tq
I have Nitto's and I had a hard time launching too... I figured out if you go around the water andback up so your sitting on the damp edge and burnout for about 5 seconds in that spot and then ride the burnout to the line, shallow stage it as much as possible, don't worry about brake torque yet...always seemed to screw up my 60 foot even at 1500... I just stomped it as soon as the last yellow was on...
this run was before my 4.10's a dyno tune and my T/Bandplenum
so this run was with shorties, a prochamber, magnapacks, CAI and Nittos with an AUTO

reaction: .088
60ft: 2.01
1/8: 9.03@78.38
1/4: 14.06@97.74
when I took off I diddn't even hear a peep...

but keep in mind you have M/T's so it could be different

you don't have to remind me of my mistake of getting the Nitto's
when my longblock get's slid in he's widening my rims and putting BFG's on it I was comparing at the track and those things are sticky 24/7.... I hear because they are petroleum based that when your dealing with the HP we are at now you just have to dry hop them to brush off the dirt and stuff

16psi , good second gear burnout till smoke starts coming off the tires. then launch at 1200 rpms flashing the converter.
