Mine was a C5 Vette Z06 with an exhaust. I was stopped at a light and he pulled up next to me. I did the whole not looking at him thing, cuz I didnt feel like getting killed. Well, I thought the light was goin to turn so I left of the brake, sure enough I rolled enough for him to think I wanted to race. Sure enough he hammered it and was gone. I didnt even try to race and it still felt like the worst kill I could have imagined.

worst kill would have to be, among many others, getting killed by a 1st gen Talon hitting 17 AWD lbs of boost. He destroyed me on the launch and as I was reeling him in, he missed third and still won. He was a cool guy once I met him but I felt bad about it.

00 cammed vette vs. my 98 gt it was ugly i ran a 14.17 to his 11.90
all the 98 had was lt's,tb,plen,maf,cai,shift kit, and 3.73 gears with shotty 275's. i did cut a 2.1 60 to his 2.3 something and yes i remeber the 60 as it was one of my best friends car and it was my only comfort in fact i still hear about when drinking . "man you got out the hole quick and then it was like you hit the brakes"

so far my worst beat has been against a 05-06 mustang gt. iv only had the car for 2 weeks
second round of bracket racing he ad a .4 sec head start, 2nd yellow light hits and im off, red light .458rt but i beat his time which is the only thing that matters. 14.263-14.680 lol

Same deal with me. I just got my 95 Z28 auto with a two chamber flowmaster and a K&N CAI going uphill against a late 80's model Monte Carlo SS and what must of happened is I did'nt apply enough pressure on the gas pedal and I think the tranny downshifted into third then the Monte pulled on me. Had I pressed harder or manually shifted into second I'm sure I would have took him. Thank god I was riding solo because the embarrasment would have been to hard to contemplate. It pains me even now to talk about this.

I got beat by a lighting the first week i had my car. Just for FYI i've never owned a V8 or a rear wheel drive so i needed alot of getting used to. He did one of those i'm not telling you i'm going take off and then did. I caught back up to him though and talked and he had a good amount of stuff done to his like pulley, intake, exhaust, and a tune.

that sucks man 
you know that guy is still telling everyone the story of how he kileld the vette to this day. hopefully you can run into him again and paddle shift his *** back to the 80's
