He has a 99 Cobra with almost the EXACT same mods as me, except he has a full exhaust, I have an axleback. It couldn't have been more even, lol!! He went by me in 4th (stupid 4V with it's higher redline), but we talked for about 1/2 hour afterward and agreed, good close race, lol!!! It's fun lining up with people who are cool as hell and the cars are almost equal. Fun times and a great guy!!

I thought the cobra was 320 horsepower stock? Not to mention the full exhaust should have more than made up for it, and the cars should be about equal in wieght.

I think ya outdrove him, but I could be wrong.

 

yeah at the crank. but yeah i think the 05 out drove the cobra.

 

i stomped 99 cobra's same with camaro ss's. when i had cams and gears and all the other bolt ons intake and exhaust. things are going to be even worse when i fire up this new engine and supercharger.

I always remember 305 or 310. but 20 hp won't give that much of an edge. The power ratings are close enough.
