sidewayz--dont doubt the "pull over to look at it" stories, as there are sooooo many of them that its hard to say it doesn't happen. ive never had it happen, but my best friend did...twice...and i've gotten comments outside of pull-overs from cops. they are people too ya know, and when u get ur 2005 stang in sept 04, its bound to get looks and comments. i thikn those stories happen a LOT less now, considering you no longer have to wait 4-6months to get a GT

Beleive it or not....I have found that when you are not an idiot most cops are actually pretty decent. If you arent speeding ridiculously and are just honest when you get pulled over....you are not going to end up with crap charges like no front liscence plate!!!

it doesnt matter what you drive in my town, all cops are d*cks.......they go after sound violations more than speeding here. if you have your windows/top down and the radio on loud enough for people walking by to hear, you get a ticket

Thats really gay. A ticket for a radio being too loud. I could see if you had huge subwoofers and were shaking other people out of their cars at stop lights...But just being able to hear it next to a convertible? Those cops need something to do.

the guy that owned my car before me was on the town board and helped pass the sound ordinance law didnt even have the rear speakers hooked up and some cop pulled him over and told him the radio was too loud. he explained that to the cop and she just walked away....

we have a little town in which something like 85-90% of their funds are drawn in by tickets. So many horror stories about them. Especially being pulled over AND given a ticket for 1-2 mph over. Their "station" is a little house andf they are all arseholes!! They give all the bogus front plate, noise, tint, and other tickets.

there's a million little towns like that on the way from L.A. to Tahoe. The speed limit always goes from 70 to 65 to 55 all the way to 35 or 25 as the highway passes through the little town and Andy Griffith and Co. are waiting to give you a ticket so they can afford to buy new guns. bastards![:@]
