Yes, I live in Daly City. By the way Mr. Rogers did catch some thing I did'nt. the Porsche Cayenne Turbo should walk you if he was trying.

Great to hear about a local Bay Area Kill!!!!

First one on Friday night was a Porsche Cayenne (the SUV). I think it was the turbo one. Either way, he pulled up next to me at a light and I knew for some reason that he was looking at me, but I didn't look over towards him. The light turned green, and I left normally and hit it just a bit in 1st gear. I looked over in my passenger mirror, and he was right next to me. I though "ok" so I mashed the gas pedal and by the time I shifted into 4th (missed third at first, but caught it a sec later) I had maybe 2 lengths on him. We raced from two more lights, and the third time, I shut down with him being maybe 4 lengths behind. I was suprised how crazy fast that thing was for how big it was.

Friday evening, I got behind an SN-95 GT on the bay bridge. I noticed it had duals, but it didn't look like it was modified any more. I went around to pass it and noticed it had aftermarket wheels. We passed each other and dicked around for a little while until we got to a point where traffic cleaned up a bit. It was a girl driving (maybe 18 or 20 years old) with like 2 or 3 dudes in the car with her. She got pretty close next to me, and got a jump on me. Then I dropped it to 3rd and hit it, and held her to a fender by the top of 4th gear. After we shut down, I had anywhere from a length to a length and a half on her. She revved at me after we shut down, and that thing sounded mean. Sounded like it was stroked out or cammed or something. I was suprised. It ran pretty strong, but I still got her.

Saturday I ran into a 05/06 GT. We messed around a little bit on the highway on when taking an exit, but I ended up behind him at a light where the right lane ended. I could see him looking back in his mirror and grinning at me, so I figured what the hell. The light turned green, and we both dumped the clutch, both shredding tires. We finally caught traction and by the time we shut down around 80 mph (35 mph zone) he had a good 4 or 5 lengths on me. I was suprised I stayed that close, since it was my first time racing a 05 GT from a dig.

Today I was cruising down the highway and there was a black Eclipse. Stock exhaust, tinted windows, and a sticker on the window. Neither of us really did anything for like 20 miles (he was stalking next to me the whole time). Finally, he started pulling away, so I dumped it in third (65 mph) and I steady caught up and walked him by the end of 4th. Me and my girlfriend heard some ****ty whining when he started getting on it. It might have been a turbo, but it sounded strange. I had prolly 5 or 6 lengths on him by the time we shut down (100-110 mph).

Had some fun this weekend. I think there was another race or two, but I can't remember. The only thing that beat me was the 05 GT (no suprise).

Anybody had any suprising kills this weekend?
You live around my way?

Like I said, I'm sure it was a Cayenne S. I didn't look up the specs, so I just assumed it was turbo.

And I'm pretty sure that the GT on the highway was auto. They put down around 250 to the wheels, give or take a bit. My car doesn't pull very hard on the highway, but I still beat him. I have it on my girlfriends camera, I just don't know if she can upload it to the internet or not.

Believe what you want, I don't care. I killed an auto 05 GT on the highway and lost to a manual 05 GT from a dig.

Guys, Is it really necessary to "quote" for each and every reply? Even when you are not actually refering to something specific in the post.
The "quote" boxes are just getting out of control.

No, the quote wasn't long enough. He should have pasted heaps of them together to make a three page quote! lol

No. Not yet. I don't think they'll let me run, due to no battery tie down.
