don't feel bad .. those ****ers are quick! I raced one this last friday in my '98 cobra .. I beat him each time (we raced twice) by only 1/2 - 1 car length .. he said he missed 3rd in the last race in which I beat him by about a car length, but I had the windows down and didn't hear him miss any gears. the same night I raced a vette and I ran even with him up to about 75 mph, then I slowly pulled on him from about 75 - 90 .. so in comparison, the SRT'S aren't anything to think lightly of!

oh yeah, the guy who had the SRT-4 that I raced said he was running 19lb boost on his turbo. he didn't say if it was an aftermarket or stock turbo ( presume it was stock ) .

This is funny. Everytime there's a death post on here about 4s, it's "don't worry those things can be fuggin quick"
Two days later a kill post is made about a 4 and "Yeah those things are slow piles of **** it stood no chance against my pulled and full bolt on Cobra."

You mean a GT that wants credit for a K&N air filter. Stock for stock they are about even, when modded the turbo makes the things ridiculously fast, and cheaply. Any car that comes with Forced Induction can be made fast for cheap, but I don't care if "SRT-4's" ran 10's they are still a glorified Neon and I wouldn't want one. The guy that did my tuning has a neon that he says he put roughly 1100 into and from a roll he can beat a pullied 03/04 Cobra. What would you rather pull into your driveway each night?

honestly, i LOVE the dumb ****s who say they can beat pullied cobras, beacuse they NEVER mention WHAT pulley combo they can beat. they just say a "pullied" cobra and think were all the damn same....sorry, had to vent
