me vs 03 s2000
S2k's are overpriced, IMO.
I don't even think one could hang with my car in da twisties y0! I'd put so much space b/w us in the straights, it'd be hard to catch me in the turns, even on skinnies. $40+k Honda.....HAHA!

As long as you race in a straight line and shift well you shouldn't have a problem. Go through some twisties, however, and you'll get severely embarrased REAL quick. S2000's are made for the track, the kind of track w/ turns, and the Mustang is more or less made to go fast in a straight line. I'm not sure where I read this, but "drag racing an S2000 is like taking a hooker fishing, it'll be fun but it's not the reason you got her." So after my rant, go beat him in a drag race.
The straight line is yours, but the twisties are his. Your torque and gears should definately take him in a straight line, but also it depends on drivers. If he is a good driver and you aren't, then it might not turn out so good. As long as you are an okay driver, you should at least beat him by a little bit.
Ok 2000SI, 1st i wanna know where you saw that video. 2nd keeping up is not winning. 3rd ive driven the s2000 many times and raced it 2 times against other cars (i highly doubt you have). 3rd i had a fully built N/A h22 prelude for 2 years that would chirp tires in 3rd gear and snapped cvjoints like toothpicks, so I probably know more about hondas than you do, (why i now own a mustang). Finally, The argument was which will win in a drag race, therefore there should be no argument at all, no matter what kind of videos you saw. And you should totally get rid of your si, there are much better cars out there for the same amount of money.
