yea, exact same as the charger srt-8 except the chrysler with different body panels. i bet that thing moved pretty good. 425 hp can make anything move pretty good

9.2 in the 1/8 mile? Is that right? That seems kind of slow? When I was running low 13's my 1/8 trap was 8.4 to 8.6. Are you thinking there a low 14 sec car?

Just curious..

think about what you just said..... your 1/8th mile in an AWD 3000 lb car would be a hell of alot faster than a heavy RWD car running the same 1/4 et.

It takes a lot of time to get 4000 pounds moving. I would like to see one at the track. They'd be fun to race.

9.2 secs in the 1/4 mile IS slow for a car that has over 400HP, but it is pretty heavy so...
I also get like 8.6 and lower in the 1/8 and my car doesn't really have that many mods. I got lower times than 9.2 when I only had an intake and Brenspeed tune!

something tells me the chrysler is a "second half track car." tough to get moving, but once it gets goin thats where the power really comes into play. or at least thats the way i thought it worked with heavy high-powered cars.

In addition to weighing over 2 tons, they also have a tall 3.06 gear and 20" rolling stock.
But C&D got one to 60 in 4.7 sec. so....

The Charger/300C Srt8 which weighs a hefty 4175lbs or so, can throw down a 12.9 (in rare cases) to a more normal 13.2 for the car. I guess 13.2 isn't bad for a 425bhp underrated engine.
