I have street tires. Any lowering of pressure I've done has made the situation worse.

I prefer no ice because it pisses me off when people ice their cars in the lanes and I'm dragging my front tires through it all the way up to the beams.

You better bring us back a 12...or we shall OWN you...LOL....You should get it with no prob..

My stock-stalled, wussy-geared POS won't hook for crap on street tires, I can't imagine trying to run a blown Cobra with them. Traction will be nonexistent.

I was getting consistant 1.9/2.00's on Gatorbacks in my GT. Track prep always seems pretty decent.

I'll fool around at the tree for a couple runs. I suspect I'll have to launch around 1,200, let it bog a touch and push it as hard as I can without wheel hopping or frying the tires off.

Traction shouldn't be a problem, unless they don't prep the track very well[:@]...

Well if you don't want to use ice, you could always pack some of those things that Mom use to put in our lunchboxes, hahahaha... those blue things...
