Track tonight - results
I'm off at 5. First runs are at 6 or a little after. It's a 10 minute ride, so I'll be staying out of boost and letting the car cool for atleast 30 mins before my first run to rip a wonderful....... 13 second ET!
Hopefully I can get the car to hook decently and I'll be able to run sub 12.99 without powershifting while I get back in the groove of running down the track.
DA is going to be around 3784 tonight according to the weather & my calculations. I'll double check the DA after I'm home and post my corrected results.
Any bets on what you think I'll run?

I have street tires. Any lowering of pressure I've done has made the situation worse.
I prefer no ice because it pisses me off when people ice their cars in the lanes and I'm dragging my front tires through it all the way up to the beams.

We ice down our cars in the pit area and do wipe them dry prior to pushing them out to the staging lanes, as I agree with you, no need to wet the lanes for others...
I usually field 3-4 cars when I go out, some with slicks others with street tires. In my case, lower tire pressure on street tires and a quick dry burnout to remove debris from the threads have netted us
the best results..
Anyways, good luck on your quest for the 12!

I keep the pressures at what the tire recommends and simply give them a quick cleaning.
There will be some bracket racing, so I'm figuring track prep will be decent.

excellent, track prep will certianly aide you in that lower 60ft time..
I also run at a high altitude, and it makes it rather tough to run solid times...
