Its my 88 GT in the "Should I just get an LS1?" thread. The Demon carb WOKE IT THE HELL UP!!!!!!!! Im sure you saw my mods in the LS1 thread, EVERYONE read that, lol. Sorry to be such a *****
WEll guys, I gave it my all. The carb was tuned almost dead on, and it just seems like the mustang is **** slow and does not like mods. (I also cant drive worth a damn on street tires)

You're basically just a h/c/i 5.0 with not such good heads and a really crappy cam. That's basically all your power adding mods. I don't see why no one believes you? I guess they just see a whole list full of crap and don't actually read the list of mods.
I had a buddy of mine talk more **** than anyone alive a couple months back when he got his h/c/i 306 running. He then went out and blistered some 9.7x @ 7x'ish mph and he hasn't took the car out again yet. It's always "got something wrong with it."

IMO there is somthing very wrong with that car. A stock 88 GT should near that time. I think the entire combo is mismatched. I have seen stock cam, GT40 headed cars run well into the 12's so to me this car should be WAY faster.
