Roll with a Caddy XLR
Well, I'm coming home from work, the other day when this red Caddy XLR (basically a Corvette that looks like a Cadillac) comes flying up beside me and we both stop at a red light. Well, I look over at him and goose the throttle. He ignores me. The light turns green and I wasn't even looking and he shoots off and I didn't even try. But I catch up to him going out of town and rev up beside him. Well, he punches it and so do I and I put about two cars on him to 100 where I had to brake heavily for a minivan in my lane. He flew by and turned off.
He seemed like a rich snob who got his head busted open by a poor kid with a Camaro. With his girlfriend/wife, LOL.

they are sweet lookin cars but they dont perform great. 320 hp and weighs more than a vette. now the XLR-V i bet is a different story. 440 hp, that thing would probably move. nice kill either way
i saw one at a gas station the other night. guy was more interested in my flows than the car. told me he was lookin to get a new exhaust and i told him his car was a pure sleeper. continued to tell me if we raced i'd probably win and i just laughed..
i wish lol
its funny when people dont know the abilities of their car...especialy a caddy with an LSx motor

very true... Northstars are badass any way you look at them. aluminum block, lightweight and strong. id love to see a twin turbo northstar in an older car built for handling.
There was a caddy at the track last night with the vette engine and an aftermarket supercharger. I'm not sure which model it was but it was pretty new. There was some other work done to it including exhaust. It was being driven by an older man probably in his late 40's early 50's. He was a pretty nice guy. I chatted with him a bit while looking at his engine. His best run of the night was a 12.3 at 116. My best was 12.4 at one 112. He said his personal best was 12.03 @ 118. The weather must of been a lot better because it was pretty hot last night. I'm kind of glad I didn't get a chance to line up next to him. Very nice car!
