ok im thinkg about swaping motors in my 3.8 leter V6 to one of the SVT Cobra Motors, i need to know if that is possible witht he same trani, clutch ect... and price range would be a good thing, if anyone has a picture guide that would also be usefull</P>

No, l think the tranny will be fried if you drop in the Cobra motor. Get the t-56 which is the Cobra trans. Also, if you don't have a 8.8" rear end, go ahead and switch to 8.8".

 

Yep, your gonna warp, bend and peel that tranny on your first hard take off -- T56 it....you'll love it anyway and like StangLover wrote...if you don't have the 8.8" rear, switch to it. I'm not sure about the shaft, but you may have to change that as well, although I think it's the same, just make sure.
