Default MT ET drag radials

I did a bunch of searching but didnt find quite what i was looking for. Soon I want to get some kind of drag radial and i was leaning towards the MT ET drag radials with a size of 275/50/15. has anyone ever put them on a 15x7 turbine wheel without any problems in the back of a fox? And do you use the waterbox when you burnout in these?

They should fit on a 15x7 rim fine. Most tracks won't let you in the waterbox unless you have a driveshaft safety loop. Are your axles beefed up at all? Those tires are proven to hook, many times at the expense of your rear end components.

Are these tires going to be for street use, or track use? If for the track, you may as well look into a straight up slick if you've got no love for your axles. I'm not kidding, those MT Drag Radials will break **** when they hook hard.

BFG drag radials are decent, I used to run them. They won't hook like the MT's though, atleast from what I've seen personally. Why do you have to drive to the track on them? Not that I can say much, I drive to the track on slicks.

I'd call them and see what they recommend for your size rim. You've picked a good sticky tire, but again, be forewarned. I've had two or three friends snap stock axles with them. I'm not kidding when I say they'll hook like a slick.

They launched a bit more aggressive than that. If you can swing it, throw some 33-spline axles and a spool in there, and lauch it with no fear.
