Ow damn okay, I think that's his headers. Which would make sense, because on his setup it's feeding right into the compressor housing of the turbo.

He probably has some super high EGTS running all that boost on a crappy road tune!

Header. Not headers, lol. And don't the STI and the Evo both run a 16G turbo, same as the SRT-4?? I know the older ones did. And yeah, 24 PSI would HAVE to be a spike, he could never hold there, and yep, he's pushing the limits. On my SRT I spiked @ 22, leveled at 18 to redline, and make 307HP, 367FT Lbs or torque, and that was with meth injection, but a very safe tune. I think the highest I have seen is 345ish.

The EVO runs an 16G yes, the STi no. The stock USDM STi runs a VF39 turbo, while the JDM STi runs a VF34.

The car may be capable of 11's, but chances are, he didn't run them. If he was pushing 24 pds of boost, either he was running race gas, meth or alky, or just being stupid. With bolt-ons and a tune, the 9's can get into the mid to high 12's with a good driver. If this guy said he ran 11's, he must have been the best driver around and it was 50 degrees outside with 0% humidity.

Nothing's impossible.... EVO's and STI's with great drivers can pull some unbelievable times!
