Look under the hood of his car...doubt it's a lt1 if you put 8-10 lengths on him. Where and why did he get a 2000 rpm stall...that's almost the stock stall. Lowest i've seen is 2800

 

Then it's broken. Pure and simple.

 

Bone stock my 95 LT1 Auto went 14.1 @ 97mph on a 2.1 60ft (Ran at the end of june) and topped out just at the 150mph mark on the speedo...

I have yet to meet a near stock 5.0 that could put 2 or 3 car lengths on a healthy LT1 from a dig let alone a roll on. The 5.0 runs out of steam damn quick up top compared to an LT1.

 

Im dead even if not slower then my Freinds 95 Z-28, and he only has full exhaust... you must have a fast ride.

To the poster; Nice kill and good driving job. Your mustang must be pretty fast to beat an LT1 camaro. Congrats.

 

He beat an LT1 that runs high 14's. As far as me being pro GM, I call it like I see it and GM is faster stock/stock. Im sorry if that rubs you the wrong way. If someone says Cobra vs. LS1, i will agree, the Cobra is faster and easier to mod, but when someone says GT vs. Fbody and that F-body is 93+ then I cannot in good conscience side with the GT unless its 3V vs LT1 and even then I have heard of some pretty close races (3V mustang still won, but not as bad as you would think).

 

So, do you have a 5.0 mustang or a 95 TA? And what do you have that "breaks loose" at 50 MPH like you indicated in another thread here? I'm curious. Sounds like a badass car...
