Default Doing a proper burnout??

Do most people use the heel/toe method when doing a burnout at the track or do you move your left foot quickly to the brake? I'm guessing heel toe cause I don't see many people move forward at all and I know they can't all be automatics. I can't drive around the water box at my local track so i'd like to sit and spin for a couple of seconds atleast, but I didn't feel the track was the best place to practice my method.

My feet are too big to do the heel toe in a fox, so I just quickly move my foot from the clutch to the brake.

I have a size 13 shoe and I use the heel toe method. I usually melt the tires up through first and shift to second and and then let of the brake and roll up to the staging lanes. It is easy to get the hang of it.

I use line-lock. MUCH easier if you run at the track very often at all...
