I think when they were made they could beat a Vette when it was dry too. If I recall correctly they were the quickest made American vehicle the couple of years they were made. You don't see very many of them left anymore. If your friends is modded much at all or if it's not ragged out, it's a very quick vehicle.

From the factory, The GMC Syclone is the quickest production truck ever produced. A well driven stock Syclone does 0-60 in 4.6 sec and 1/4 mile in 13.4 Sec. The Syclone was only produced one year, 1991. All Syclones came from the factory in only black. A SUV based truck called the Typhoon was produced in 1992 and 1993. The Typhoon was available in a few different colors. They were a limited edition truck with only 2998 Syclones and 4700 Typhoons made
