Um, ok, I guess I can lower myself to your level and call you gay back. I was sitting here having a conversation and you start throwing the gay flag around. BTW, isn't purple the national gay color?
Um? WTFBBQ?

why in the hell did ur parents let u on the intraweb?
Sorry not aloud to comment on that a "Mod" is forbidding me from doing posts like this.
But, seriously, I think cops that try and get you on an impulse to race or something, should look at why police departments all over the USA are going bankrupt [&:]

No I sent you a warning to let you and Sean know that this is not Off Topic, and that your cute little banter is not appropriate in this area. Funny the 15 year old with no car was respectfull and the 16 year old who has a brand new GT is being a punk.

Because Sean started the confrontation, was I just supposed to argue in the PM box so no one can hear my "playful banter"

well technically that would fall under a law called entrapment. if a cop pulls up next to you and coaxes you into a race and then pulls you over it is illegal.

+1

But 99% of people don't know that, and its not liek he is forcing you to race him.

Actually, gentleman, Entrapment can't be used in this situation, not really. Entrapment won't cut it; it is only in effect when it is something the person wouldn't normally do, and plus it's a strict liability issue, which doesn't fall under entrapment, I think. My current major is Criminal Justice, and that was a recent chapter.

In my area, there are a bunch of black, silver, and while undercover S197 GTs, and a New Edge Sherriff car (though clearly marked).

ssteele, if the driver of the car literally asked if he wants to run them it could be used, but other then that you're right.

Like a drug dealer (undercover cop) comes up to you in the street and says "yo i got some dope, want some?" then after you say yes, he arrests you. The cop cannot intiate the crime, that's the thing. Just by driving next to a Camaro, it's not an invite to race even though all sports car owners think it is
